You may visit Cyberpost at any time without providing your identity or revealing any personal information about yourself. However, when you visit the Cyberpost Website, Cyberpost may collect and store your computer and connection information, statistics on page views and pages viewed, traffic to and from Cyberpost, ad data, IP address and other standard web log information, and information from other companies, such as demographic and navigation data. For you to register on Cyberpost, Cyberpost will as a minimum require a valid email address, a username, your street address, state or province, country, and zip or postal code, and such other information as may be required initially depending on whether you are a Recipient or a Sender, and as may be revised from time to time, to fill out the registration form. Cyberpost may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce Cyberpost policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone’s rights, property, or safety. Cyberpost may also share your personal information with: third parties assisting our business operations under contract, including but not limited to fraud investigations and debt collection; law enforcement or other governmental officials if required by law; and with other business entities, should Cyberpost enter into discussions or contract pertaining to financing, merger, or acquisition with any other business entity. After you register with Cyberpost, you will be required to enter your username (“nickname”) for any future login. If you are a recipient, your email will not be displayed on Cyberpost and will not be provided to the public.
» Access and Review and Change of Personal Data
You can access and review your personal information by logging on to Cyberpost at any time. You are required to promptly update any of your personal information if any changes occur or if any prior information given to Cyberpost is or becomes inaccurate.
» Revoking Consent/Closing Your Account
Upon your request and at any time, Cyberpost will close your account as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. Cyberpost may retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law. When your account is closed, your personal data may be removed from the Cyberpost database.
In the event you commit any act which is in contravention of any part of the Terms and Conditions of use with Cyberpost, or commit any act of fraud or other illegal activity while using or visiting the Cyberpost website, or commit any undesirable act which Cyberpost may in its sole discretion decide, Cyberpost may close your account, and delete or retain any of your personal information, which Cyberpost in its sole discretion may choose to do.
Cyberpost uses so-called “cookies”, which are files that are stored on your computer that can be retrieved to assist in customizing your experience with the online service. Your Cyberpost account and profile and the information contained therein are Cyberpost password protected. Please note that you are not permitted to provide your Cyberpost password to anyone else. Cyberpost will never ask for your Cyberpost password in e-mails that you receive unexpectedly or that you did not request. Please remember to log out of your account and to close your internet browser window when you leave the Cyberpost site. While Cyberpost strives to protect your personal information, Cyberpost cannot ensure the security of the information you transmit to us, and accordingly Cyberpost highly recommends that you take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. For example: change your Cyberpost password often; use a combination of letters and numbers in your password; make sure you use a secure browser.
» Protection from Web Crawlers or Spam
Cyberpost assures you that Cyberpost will use your e-mail address on the Cyberpost Website only for the purposes stated herein, and in the Terms and Conditions. Cyberpost will not rent or sell your e-mail address to third parties, and Cyberpost will prevent your e-mail address from being recorded by “web crawlers” or “web spiders” to the best of its ability.
